Both art and story by: Kou Fumizuki
This Series for me seem a little simplistic is the way of art style but i think that is one of the biggest things that it has going for it. Now i know the image i used it all colorful and what not but for some reason i like it more without. When i said that the art style was simplistic i was meaning that for when it first started back in 2007 the styling feels a some what older.
The Story revolves around a boy name Goto Nagi and the cape maidens of Umi no Misaki. who worship and wait for the return of the dragon god. Nagi starts off with wanting/needing to go to this island in the southern part of japan, needing to because his father is working oversea an wants him to live in the house they have on the island but also he wanted to visit they place is mother [deceased] talk so fondly of. As you progress you learn why his mother talked so much about the cape to her son as he was once a cape maiden of the island. As the story moves on and gives some back-story on the tradition of the island, choices have to be made for Nagi which will not only affect the people of this island but also affect the way he starts to think of different things.
Almost forgot to mention that it can be ecchi at times which also makes fanservices a given, but i forgot about most of that as i continued on. All and all its a nice read which shows a bit of japanese folklore and instances of fate and how or if they can be changed.
Whatever comes to mine

Freezing [Manga] Review
Today i would like to give my impression now a series that from what i have seen on a few anime forums is getting a bit of flack for the pace at which it is going. Though most of what i have seen is based off the TV Adaption, so i would like to focus on the manga since it is further along in story.
Freezing by Dall-Young Lim, Kwang-Hyun Kim
The Basic idea i have gotten from this is the general end of humanity brought around by the appearance of Nova's and humanity trying to save themselves from "extinction". If you have ever read or watch any of the Evangelion series (Original Anime, Manga, or the "Reboot" Movie OVA's) you are gonna have some major flashbacks. At some points in the beginning is a little off-putting on how it almost mirrors the original Eva series, Baka Shinji included. As you get through those part its start to switch gears a bit with the mystery surrounding the protagonist's uncle involvement in how he controls everything for so many years. As you get closer to the more current chapters the manga has taken on a harem feel to it, which for me is a bit off putting because i was more interested in the back-story they were getting into but keep shortening because the of the harem feeling being introduced.
There are other part that have it good points and bad points but that would extent this review much farther then i would like it to get for a first post back. When all is said and done, i would say that this is worth the time to read, but i don't think the anime might hold some peoples attention if it follows the story too closely.

Been so long since I even got back here, Twitter included. Been reading and watching when I could but things get away from you sometimes. Gonna try and give this a proper revamp tomorrow or over the weekend as I'm doing this away from a computer. So much to try an cover/update its depressing in its own way.

Koi wo Suru no Ga Shigoto Desu - Chihiro Harumi
Ok this is another work by Chihiro Harumi, whom also did Velvet Kiss, called Love on the Job and is available thanks to Project-H. This one was actually before Velvet Kiss which is a series i very loved. After reading this i felt that it wasn't on par with here second work, don't get me wrong i still like this but to me it felt .... i don't lacking maybe? It is an H-Book so their are a lot of explicit but it really didn't have a developed story for me. Granted it was here first book so i am thankful because here second really balanced story with the ecchi aspect, which lets face it most people read only for.
Story (what there is of it) boil's down to this. Ryou and Minori are lover from back in their school days. After graduation they live together and were lucky to get hired at they first pick jobs, unfortunately they now work for rival companies. The rivalry between the two companies are so strong that they enforce a policy of .... non affairs, or fraternizing with the "enemy". This policy begins to drive a wedge into the two's relationship.
As the story goes it does take some turns but nothing really suspenseful so the thill factor is somewhat there but never continues to climb, which was a let down for me because they left alot of openings to really do that but never followed through on it.
Overall would say to give this a read but i would still recommend Velvet Kiss more so than this because of the story.
Ok ... where to begin
Okie Dokie then

Busy few weeks
So i been busy as of late so haven't had much time to sit and write up some reviews or give a quick update. Anyway i finished Love on the Job, which ill be trying to get a review out before the end of next week. Had a reformat pc so i'm still trying to get things back to where they were. I decided to pick Shaman King back up after having to drop it due to my jump subscribe running out. Been thinking of doing of doing more ecchi reviews, both manga and video forms, just to see how it goes. Its not like i don't have enough content to start me off, around 30+ GB worth to give and estimate.

New Evangelion trailer
So i got around to seeing the new Evangelion 3.0 rebuild 6min sneak peek and i have to say, think its gonna be great. The rebuild in general is outstanding especially if you have ever seen the original series, i mean my god the difference is almost night and day. More action, no shit story flow, and better twist's whats not to love.
Since they are doing this rebuild i been wondering if they are going to re-do the movie (End of Evangelion) and have it match the changes and updates that have already been done. I would like to see that personally because while the movie was made to wrap up the show it wasn't that great a wrap up and felt just as rushed as the series itself was.
Been kinda busy on my end ( holidays, work, phone issues, computer issues, etc ) so i haven't been able to read or watch as much as i like too. Still working on Love on the Job and its starting to feel a bit rushed but here to hoping it ends well.
